Tel Aviv singer, songwriter and producer KerenDun's music is rooted in the warm sounds of 60's-70's jazz and soul, ornamented with psychedelia and free spirit. Following the release of single 'Caterpillar Style', Keren has just dropped a two-track single, which is available on limited 7" vinyl. The title track, 'Afternoon', has been released alongside a performance video directed by Ben Kirschenbaum. 'Afternoon' is a sunny track, bound to bring some warmth to a cloudy day. A jazzy rhythm played on drums is accompanied by a repetitive double bass groove and dabbles of piano. Keren's vocals are wonderfully rhythmic, as she squeezes a mouthful of words into a bar, and later, muted trumpet mirrors the soft vocal hums.
